Michael David Kammerer 1966-2007 Kammerer, Michael David "DK" age 41, of Excelsior Unexpectedly on 6-28-2007.  Preceeded in death by his father, Michael A. Kammerer. Survived by, fiancé, Jennifer Lero and children, parents, Paula Meserve and Lawrence Miller, sister, Heidi (Scott) Kopka, step brothers, Michael and David (Trish) Miller, step sisters, Elizabeth (Jamie) Janssen, Michele (Paul) Ryan, Amy Jo Miller and many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. David was a 1984 graduate of South St. Paul High School & the University of Minnesota in civil engineering and was employed by McC Construction of Greenfield, MN.  DK loved life and everything in it.  With a kind heart and generous spirit he was always ready to help someone.  He loved being outdoors-no matter the season-skiing in Colorado, waterskiing, dirt biking in Idaho, snowmobiling, fishing, walking his dogs, swimming or riding his bike into Excelsior.  He had a curious mind and persistent nature, always eager to solve a problem both at work and at home.  To be with him was to feel good about yourself.  Heaven has become a brighter place today.  "This is the day the Lord hath made, rejoice and be glad" Memorial services 2:00PM Thursday at the Colonial Church of Edina, 6200 Colonial Way, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
