Kane, Fred Kinsey 1931-2008 Kane, Fred Kinsey 77 yrs old, passed away on June 16th, 2008 after a long battle with Alzheimer's complicated by Vascular Dementia. Fred will be remembered for the way he shared his heart with his family.  He loved his church, biking, down hill skiing where he was on ski patrol at Buck Hill for 27 years, the Ullr Ski Club where he met his wife Sharon, and Ball Room Dancing which he shared with his first wife Harrietta.  His faith carried him and his family through this difficult time. Preceded in death by his mother, Marrion, father, Henry; and Harrietta. Survived by his wife, Sharon; brother, Joe; and sisters, Alice and Sally; loving children, Mary (Randy), David (Monica), Kimberly (Terry), Brad (Deyon), Susan (Brad), Denise (Jay), Kimberly, David; he adored and was loved by his grandchildren. Fred donated his body for Alzheimer's research with the hopes that they could find some link that may make the difference in the treatment of this disease. When research is complete there will be a celebration of his life and Fred will be buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery next to Harrietta. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Assoc. or Hospice of the Valley. Fred, we love you so very much.
