Carl Preston Frank (87) died peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, February 27, 2023, in Venice, FL. Born and raised in Williamsport, PA, he lived most of his life in Minneapolis and Venice. He joined the Air Force at 18 and graduated from UND, Grand Forks, in business. He had an entrepreneurial spirit and launched several small businesses throughout his life. He is survived by his wife Damaris Frank, daughters Judy and Ann, grandchildren Emily, Mitch, Matt and Jacob. In Minnesota we will have a celebratory “Carl  gathering” and I will let you all know when it will be. In Venice we will have it on the patio overlooking our boat lagoon where Schools Out was docked for many years. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation honoring Carl to the Florida Meals on Wheels organization where Carl was a driver for 15 years. 920 S.
